A working home for an author who also speaks: a brochure site, a waitlist that fills before the book exists, essays, and a shop that sells the book online and at the back of the room.

Skills it declares

None. Venue has no caller for getComposedSkills() and never reads venue.chatSuggestions — both are inert in this product today, so declaring them here would be config nothing consumes.

The table — counsel this kit can offer

Seats and charters are not kit-declarable. The kit schema has no seat or charter field — its seats is resource capacity, chairs rather than counsel — and Venue's Table station seats the owner and managers: real people, not personas. So counsel ships as concierge copy: one sentence where a sentence beats a table.
wherethe line
MessagesNames collected before the book exists are the ones who buy it in week one.
ProductsA book becomes sellable the moment it has a price and a stock count.
Point of SaleCash sales at the back of the room ring up here — no card reader needed.
PulseBefore a launch, the number worth watching is how fast the waitlist grows week over week.
WritingAn essay every so often keeps the list warm between books.
Open notes. Kit CMS seeds cannot set a form's formName, so the seeded waitlist block tags submissions Website until the owner names it in the composer (or a pages-door ingest sets it). · features.bookings:false and features.ecommerce are runtime-real: venue's station gating and Nav read them directly, and the SDK kit loader parses manifests without schema validation, so neither is stripped in transit. They are absent from the published kit-schema feature list only because the schema lags — formalization rides the code program. Precedent: wicks-and-whiskers ships ecommerce, marketing-site ships bookings:false.
